Join us for an exciting evening of cooking, as Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House restaurant, Hywel Griffith, takes over the Penmaenuchaf kitchen.
Hywel returns to his roots here in Eryri to showcase some of his best dishes from Beach House, along with some seasonal favourites.
You'll enjoy an 8-course tasting menu experience, delivered by Hywel, who'll also talk you through each dish and be on hand to chat during this special evening.
Arrival at 6.30pm.
Due to the nature of the event, we will be unable to cater for any allergies or dietary requirements.
